This three pronged keynote includes the resources to identity your most authentic leadership style, distill your themed-purpose goals, and find the necessary means to make it a reality. The goal is to blend informational tools and inspirational insights to enlighten and encourage each attendee to their true potential.
About Dr. Tracey C. Jones
Dr. Tracey C. Jones is an author, speaker, publisher, veteran, podcaster, and in-demand international leadership expert. She is the current President of Tremendous Leadership and T3 Solutions, Inc. and is passionate about lifelong learning. In 2009, Dr. Jones took the reins from her father, Charlie “Tremendous” Jones, who was a legend in the life-insurance, sales, and personal development fields.
Tracey’s career spans top positions in four major industries: from the military to high tech, to defense contracting and publishing. She is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a decorated veteran who served in the First Gulf War and Bosnian War, and earned an MBA in Global Management. In addition, Dr. Jones earned her PhD in 2019 from Lancaster Bible College where she studied Crisis Leadership and Followership. Tracey is also a faculty member of the prestigious Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and was awarded a Doctor of Humane Letters (honorary PhD) from Central Penn College in 2017.
Tracey believes you’ll be the same person five years from now except for two things: the people you meet and the books you read. She is the author of eleven books which teach character and proactive life skills to learners of all ages. Her latest book, Spark: Five Steps to Igniting the Greatness Within, released in the spring of 2021. In addition to her educational and self-help work, Tracey has also published five children’s books with her rescue dogs and is an active teacher in many of Central PA schools and communities.
Tracey also donates her time and talents traveling to other countries, such as Kosovo and Uganda, to teach emerging leaders’ entrepreneurship and character skills. She also conducts reading clubs in three State Correctional Institutes where men read transformative material and find renewed value in the life.
Tracey’s company has donated over $1.7M to local homeless shelters, recovery outreach and mission groups, disaster recovery organizations, and scholarships to local colleges in the past 13 years. She serves as the Vice-Chairwoman for Bethesda Mission located in Harrisburg, PA, and the Chairwoman for the American College Military and Veteran Advisory Council. Tracey enjoys the outdoors, biking, traveling, spending time with her pack of rescue pets, and giving others the tools to live a tremendous life.
